cefa™ Teacher Training

At Core Education & Fine Arts™ we value each Teacher for what they bring to the table, from their credentials to their experience, love and care for children. And to complement these amazing qualities and be able to work with our curriculum we require the specialization needed to succeed: The cefa™ Teacher Training.

The cefa™ Teacher Training is a unique educational training developed by Natacha V. Beim, Founder and C.E.O. of Core Education & Fine Arts™. During the two semester course Teachers will learn our curriculum and philosophy and be able to implement them in their classrooms.

Taking the cefa™ Teacher Training will provide our teachers not only the tools to be successful with our curriculum but to be inspired and inspire others with our unique program.

Training hours can be used towards renewing ECE licenses.

Training content includes:

- Being a teacher at Core Education & Fine Arts™

- cefa™ philosophy, working with children and families

- cefa™ curriculum, games, and materials

- Teaching reading, writing, math, and science the cefa™ way

- Teaching socials and the habit of contribution

- Planning and organizing the cefa™ curriculum

Classes include presentations, group activities, planning, exams, etc..

The benefit will be the greatest: implementing an educational curriculum where children, families and Teachers will have fun! Teachers will take with them, for life, this unique experience-- a training that will remind them that teaching young children is a combination of fun and academics, but most importantly a day-to-day inspiration that flows in every possible direction.
