Enrollment Process

We are pleased to offer an online application process for families interested in enrolling at Core Education & Fine Arts™.  Our schools have a limited number of spaces available each year in the older classrooms (Junior Kindergarten Two and Three for the children who turn 4 and 5 years old), with more in the younger classrooms (cefababy™, and Junior Kindergarten One – for children younger than 3 years old).

 

Here is an overview of the steps in our enrollment procedure:
 
 

Step 1 – Submit an Online Inquiry to schedule a tour at one of our locations:

Step 2 - Submit an online Application for Admission:

You will be able to save a draft application and complete it in multiple sessions.  A valid email address is required.

 

Step 3 - Submit supporting documents and $200 Application fee

 

Step 4 – Child added to school waitlist

When the school has received your completed application and all supporting documents, and Application fee, your child will then be added to the waitlist.

 

Step 5 – Invitation to Register

Your preferred school location will email you with an invitation to register when the school is able to offer your child a spot in a class. Registration requires a deposit, equal to one month’s tuition.

 

Step 6 – Family Meeting with the Principal

Once your child is enrolled, the school will contact you to schedule a meeting with the school Principal.

 

Step 7- Family-teacher meeting:

The school will also schedule a meeting for you to meet your child’s teachers.

 

Enrollment complete:   Your child’s first week of classes!!!!
