Co-Curriculars

At Core Education & Fine Arts™, co-curricular activities such as music, drama and physical education are considered to be just as important as reading, writing and mathematics.

Such activities are essential in and of themselves during developmental years; they are needed not only to achieve a good balance between structural and creative learning, but also to help acquire skills in other curricular areas, such as mathematics.

A large component of our daily curriculum is dedicated to drama, visual arts, physical education, yoga, music and other activities that help our students express themselves creatively, and discover the beauty of art in all its forms.

We also find that by having these essential activities included in our program, we solve a common family dilemma, where parents are compensating for an incomplete pre-school program by having to register for additional music, sports, arts and other various classes in addition to schooling, leaving the children with no time for play and quality family time, and having to meet too many groups of students and teachers at once.

Having these activities as part of our program provides a much healthier environment for the child, enhances the learning process, and is more cost-effective for our families.
